I recently stayed at a cruise in Halong Bay and had an amazing experience with Viola Cruise. Our tour guide, Lucky, was fantastic and made sure we had a great time. The beds were comfy and the shower was excellent. Lucky also ensured we had a room with a good view. The staff on the boat were brilliant, taking care of everything from safety to food and entertainment. The boat itself was well-maintained and had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The upper deck was perfect for lounging, and we even got to visit a pearl farm. The food was terrific, and they catered to all dietary requirements without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Viola Cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

missing attention to detail in cleaning

The best aspects of our stay were the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our guide, Lucky, was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor and interesting stories about Vietnam. The smaller boat was also a plus, as it allowed us to get to know the other guests and created a more intimate atmosphere. the food on the boat was delicious, especially the buffet lunch and dinner.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the uncomfortable ride back. The driver seemed to be driving recklessly, which made the journey back quite nerve-wracking.

I had the most amazing experience of my life staying overnight on a boat to see beautiful scenery, with activities like canoeing, squid fishing, and cave visits. The eight-course dinner was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the interesting program and got to see the beauty of Halong Bay. Hoi's knowledge and communication skills made the experience even more enjoyable. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding beauty. The staff were attentive and provided top-notch service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had great facilities, including free Wi-Fi in public areas, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant. we were highly impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The wooden boat with a retro style offers super clean and comfortable rooms. The big windows in the rooms provide stunning views. The staff is generally attentive and nice, and the tour guide Victor is a standout, offering amazing service. The inclusive meals feature plenty of seafood options and the sunset party on the top deck offers drinks, nibbles, and good music.

One of the tours on middle day is not enough for two-night stayers, with the second day requiring transfer to another boat.

Great Christmas Cruise with delicious food and stunning views. The boat was comfortable and offered ample space for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The cabin was cozy, clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine and the friendly staff who welcomed us on board. The excursions to the caves and fishing villages were also very well organized and added a cultural touch to the experience.

The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized. The staff was unresponsive and didn't provide any information or assistance during the check-in process.

The view was breathtaking and the boat was definitely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more special. The activities provided were fun and unique, especially the kayaking and the cooking demonstration. We also appreciated the attention to detail with special requests, as they catered to our dietary needs and ensured we had properly fitting life jackets for the water activities.

The expensive prices for bottled water were a downside and we found it inconvenient that we couldn't put toilet paper in the toilet. the long bus trip to get to the location was a bit of a hassle.

The buffet lunch was delicious, especially the seafood options. The staff, including our tour guides Lucky, Victor, and Jimmy, were friendly. We enjoyed all the activities, such as the bamboo boat ride and the sunset party on the top deck. The bay itself is breathtakingly beautiful. We highly recommend this cruise to others.
